This Privacy Policy describes Quotepro Inc.’s (“Quotepro”) practices regarding the collection, use, security and disclosure of the Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) Quotepro collects from and about you when you use Quotepro’s website, mobile application, kiosks and agency rating technology (collectively referred to as the “Services”). PII, as used in United States privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, PII specifically consists of your full name, social security number, account numbers or credit card numbers. Any information that is readily available to the general public is not considered PII and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

What Information does QuotePro Collect?
PII
Quotepro collects PII when you voluntarily provide it in connection with the utilization of the Services. To the extent you provide any PII or other information about you, you consent to Quotepro’s use of such information in a manner consistent with applicable law and subject to any restrictions described in this Privacy Policy. All PII provided through the Services shall be treated as confidential and Quotepro shall not use such PII except as set forth in this Privacy Policy and consistent with applicable law. QuotePro Kiosk LLC does not retain any sensitive PII such as SSN or Driver’s License information.
Non-PII
Quotepro may collect Non-PII that results from users utilizing the Services, including, without limitation, the webpages that are viewed, what browser is being used and other aggregate information and data about visitors using the Services. The collection of this information helps Quotepro to measure the number of visitors utilizing the Services and diagnose issues used to improve the performance of the Services. By utilizing the Services, you consent to Quotepro obtaining and using such Non-PII. Quotepro is the sole and exclusive owner of all such Non-PII collected as a result of you utilizing the Services and Quotepro may aggregate, analyze, compile, sell or distribute such information in its sole discretion. Non-PII may be collected by Quotepro by use of HTTP cookies, as discussed below, pixel-tags, an Internet Protocol address which is identified and logged automatically whenever you visit the website, along with the time of your visits and the webpages that you visited, or other similar methods.
How does QuotePro Use my Information?
Quotepro may use PII provided by you for the purpose for which you provided Quotepro with the PII through the use of the Services. Quotepro may also use PII to better understand its user’s needs and how Quotepro can improve its services and to contact you with updates or questions about your use of the Services. Quotepro reserves the right to retain and save any PII collected through the Services for the length of time Quotepro deems suitable, given the purposes for which you
provided such PII. Quotepro will retain and save such PII for any period required by applicable law or regulation in all cases.
Will QuotePro Share this Information with Third Parties?

detailed in the sections below.
With Trusted Services Providers
Quotepro works with third parties that assist Quotepro in providing products and services to its customers. Any PII you supply to Quotepro may be passed to such third parties in connection with providing the services requested by you. When PII is provided to a third party, Quotepro requires that such third party protect your PII in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Quotepro may receive a fee for providing this information to specific third parties, such as insurance agents and carriers. For example, Quotepro insurance agency clients generate thousands of quotes and bound policies each day throughout the United States. Quotepro saves each of the insurance carrier’s name, premium quoted and premium bound for each quote and sold policy entered into Quotepro technology. Quotepro has developed an Analysis Tool to help carriers analyze and price insurance premiums. Carriers pay a fee for access to the Analysis Tool program developed by Quotepro. Additionally, Quotepro saves each cell phone number, address, driver name(s) and vehicle(s) that is entered into Quotepro technology.
With Law Enforcement, Legal Counsel or Government Authorities
Quotepro may disclose PII obtained through the Services when required by law or if the good faith belief exists that such action is necessary in order to comply with the law or legal process. Quotepro may also disclose your information to our legal counsel, governmental authorities or law enforcement if Quotepro believes that it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to comply with a law or regulation; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Quotepro’s rights or property.
In an Aggregate and Non-Personally Identifiable Manner
Quotepro may disclose aggregate Non-PII (such as aggregate and anonymous usage data, platform types, etc.) about the overall use of our Services publicly or with interested third parties to help them understand, or to help us improve, the Services.
In Connection with the Sale of the Corporation or a Change in Control
If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes, Quotepro may transfer your information to the new owner so that the Services can continue to operate. In such case, your information would remain subject to the promises and commitments contained in this Privacy Policy until such time as this Privacy Policy is updated or amended by the acquiring party.
How does QuotePro Protect your Information?
Quotepro takes reasonable precautions and has implemented security measures to safeguard all PII from unauthorized access. Quotepro uses technical and physical measures to keep your PII secure. We use industry standard firewalls, scanning software and real time monitors to detect and block malicious code. Internally, we employ encryption technology, user authentication systems and access control mechanisms to secure access to our computer systems and data stores containing PII.
Although Quotepro takes reasonable steps to maintain the security of the PII associated with the Services, please be aware that no security measures are impenetrable. Quotepro cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your PII and Quotepro is not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Services or where an error may occur in the administration of technology. Please use caution whenever submitting PII through the use of the Services. You may, of course, decline to submit PII through the Services, in which case Quotepro may not be able to provide certain services to you.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, Quotepro will notify users of the Services within seven (7) business days, should a data breach to their PII occur.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
The Services offered by Quotepro are targeted at general audiences. Quotepro does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA. If you are under the ag e of 13, please do not provide PII to Quotepro.
Links to Other Websites, Cookies and Track Signals
Quotepro is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to from within the Services, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect and your activities on that third party website is subject to such third party website’s own rules and policies. Quotepro uses “cookies” on this website. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a website visitor’s
hard drive to help us improve your access to our website and identify repeat visitors to our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the user’s experience on our website. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any PII on our website. Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Quotepro’s website does not currently respond to “do not track” signals.
Employee Confidentiality Training
Confidentiality training is provided to all Quotepro employees and hired contractors. All employees are required to review Quotepro confidentiality policies on an annual basis. Access to PII is restricted to persons who have a Quotepro business need for the information. Information and physical security policies and procedures are in place to protect PII from theft, unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. Internal reviews of Quotepro policies and procedures are conducted to ensure that adequate safeguards for information security are in place.
User Rights
You are entitled to know whether QuotePro holds information about you and, if so, to have access to that information and require it to be corrected if it is inaccurate. You can do this by contacting QuotePro at the contact information set forth below.

If Quotepro changes this Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted on this webpage to keep you aware of what information is being collected, used and under what circumstances it is being disclosed.
